Shipping
- We ship exclusively with DHL.
- Shipping costs: €6.00 within Germany,
- €15.00 within the EU.
- Delivery time: approx. 3-5 working days from receipt of payment.
Returns
We want to encourage our customers to shop more consciously. Returns not only harm the environment but also incur additional costs. Please consider carefully before placing an order.
General information for returns:
- Returns must be made within 14 days of receiving the goods (right of withdrawal).
- Please return items in their original packaging.
- Opened, worn, or damaged items cannot be returned (except for defects).
- Please handle products carefully when trying them on.
- Stickers or labels must not be removed.
Costs & Process:
- The customer bears the return shipping costs.
- Refunds will be issued via the original payment method once the return has been received and checked by us.
- Processing time: 5-7 working days after receipt of the return, refund within another 4-6 working days.
- Please note: We cannot assume liability without a tracking number.
Returns due to undeliverability:
Shipments that are returned due to incorrect address information, non-collection, or refusal of acceptance can be re-shipped for a flat fee of €5.49. Alternatively, we reserve the right to cancel the order. In this case, a return and processing fee of €10.00 will be charged.
